2-4 players can enjoy Bura online and offline. The game features two classic card games, 31 and Burkozel, with a subtle animation style.

Bura, also known as thirty-one, is a card game with historical roots. V. Shalamov, a writer who endured 20 years in labor camps, describes borax as the most prevalent card game in the world of thieves.

A 36-card deck is utilized in Bura, where each card holds a specific point value:

• An Ace is worth 11 points
• A ten is worth 10 points
• A King is valued at 4 points
• A Queen is valued at 3 points
• A Jack is valued at 2 points

Each player receives 3 or 4 cards depending on the game variant, and a trump card is revealed. Players can play one, two, or three cards of the same suit per turn. If an opponent cannot beat the played cards, they must forfeit the trick. At the end of each trick, players replenish their hands from the deck in a predetermined order.

In Bura, the game continues until a player accumulates 11 (or 21 in rubber) winning hands. The game winner is the first to reach 31 points in tricks or achieves a bura - a combination of three trump cards in hand. A player with borax automatically wins regardless of their trick score.

Burkozel follows the scoring rules for the entire deck:

• The player with the most points from tricks receives 0 points
• Players scoring more than 31 points earn 2 points
• Those with more than 0 but less than 31 points gain 4 points
• If a player fails to take any tricks, they earn 6 points

The game progresses over several rounds until one or more players reach a total of 12 (or alternatively 8-6) points or more. In this scoring system, players exceeding the designated point threshold are considered losers.
